A village of two countries

Lungwa village
This is Lungwa village of Konyak Naga that is divided by the Indo-Burma border line created in 1914 which passes through the middle of the village road. Right side of the road from the viewer side falls into Burma while the left side falls into India part. The invisible borer line also lies somewhere in the middle of the house of the village Chief (Ahng) dividing it into two parts; his bed room in Burma side and dinning room in the India side. So, he eats in India and sleep in Burma. What a funny thing on earth.
